Shipping costs
Combined shipping is applied to every order automatically. One order is one shipping charge, whether it is a single common or forty cards.
- C$1.25 per order within Canada.
- Free once your order total reaches C$40.
- US and international orders are quoted at checkout by the carrier.
Handling and delivery
Orders are packed and out the door within one business day, and usually the same day if they land before the afternoon. From British Columbia, Canada, typical delivery is 2 to 9 business days within Canada. Tracking is included on orders where the carrier provides it.
How your cards are packed
Every single card is sleeved, then goes into a toploader or a team bag depending on value, then between two pieces of rigid board, then into a bubble mailer. Higher value cards ship in a box. Nothing goes out in a plain envelope.
Returns
If a card is not as described, that is on us: tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the item and the return shipping, or replace it if we have another copy.
Changed your mind? Also fine. Contact us within 30 days, send it back in the condition it arrived, and we refund the item price once it lands. Return shipping is on you in that case.
Cards bought through eBay follow eBay's returns process, which runs on the same terms. Cards bought here in a flash sale are returned by contacting us directly.
If something goes wrong in transit
Damaged in the post, or never arrived? Message us with your order reference and photos if you have them. We sort it out - a refund or a replacement, your choice.
