CollectiblEmporium, an independent trading card retailer based in British Columbia, Canada, Canada. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Listings, stock and pricing
Card listings describe individual used collectible cards, graded by us on the standard NM, LP, MP, HP and DMG scale, with the grade shown on every listing. Photos are of the actual card unless a listing says otherwise.
Stock is finite and often a single copy. If a card sells between your order and our packing it - which can happen when the same card is listed here and on eBay - we refund you in full and tell you straight away.
Prices can change without notice, but the price you paid at checkout is the price of your order. If a card is listed at an obviously wrong price through a clear error, we may cancel and refund the order rather than honour it.
Flash sales
Flash sale cards are website exclusives sold in limited quantities at a set time, first come first served. A card is yours when your payment completes, not when it is in your cart - a cart holds stock for up to 30 minutes and then releases it. Per-customer limits shown on a card are enforced, and orders that work around them may be cancelled and refunded.
Payment
Orders on this site are processed by Stripe, which accepts major credit and debit cards. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own payment page; we never see or store them. Orders on our eBay store are handled by eBay's checkout under eBay's terms.
Delivery
Handling, costs and delivery times are set out on our shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery, so anything lost or damaged in transit is ours to fix - contact us and we will.
Returns
Full terms are on the shipping and returns page. In short: 30 days, item not as described is refunded including return postage, change of mind is refunded on the item price.
Selling bulk to us
A payout estimate on our buylist page is an estimate, not an offer. The final figure is confirmed once we have received and counted the cards, and you are free to have them sent back at your cost if you do not like the number.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Canadian consumer protection law.

Pokemon and all related names are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK Inc. We are an independent reseller of genuine cards and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Pokemon Company.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
